Requirements: · Minimum 2 (two) years + supervisor/management experience preferable in a retail, entertainment, or hospitality industry.

Other: POSITION SUMMARY:
· Manage the store’s resources in order to maximize the key result areas:
Driving revenue, Controlling Costs and delivery of Exceptional Customer Service.
· Hire, develop, train, coach and motivate the store employee team.
· Manage store-scheduling system to ensure there is proper coverage for all shifts including days, evenings, weekends and statutory holidays.
· Control store-operating expenses.
· Lead by example in company service
